Conversation estimates are based on a typical ecommerce conversation mix including text, catalog responses and images. If your customers frequently send voice messages, videos or large image files, each conversation will consume more credits and your plan may cover fewer conversations than estimated. Your dashboard shows your real-time credit balance and a live conversation estimate range at all times. Top-up packs are available anytime to keep your AI running without interruption. All prices are listed excluding taxes (HT).

A credit is the unit we use to measure AI usage. Every conversation your AI agent handles consumes a number of credits depending on the content — a short text exchange uses fewer credits than a conversation with product images or voice messages. Your plan includes a monthly credit allocation and you can top up anytime. Starter includes 750 credits, Growth 1,800 and Pro 3,500 per month; Enterprise allocations are sized to your volume.

What is a credit?

What happens when my credits run out?

Your AI agent pauses automatically and you receive an alert. You can purchase a top-up pack immediately to resume — there is no interruption to your account, just to the AI responses until you top up. Enterprise clients are notified by their account manager before their allocation is depleted.

Which platforms does Unifunl work with?

Unifunl connects to WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, and TikTok. All channels are included on every paid plan. You manage all conversations from one unified inbox.

Can I add more team members?

Yes. Starter includes 2 seats, Growth includes 3 and Pro includes 5. You can add extra seats at 60 TND (about $19) per seat per month on those plans. Enterprise includes unlimited seats.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How can I pay?

International customers pay online by card through Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles billing and applicable sales tax. Customers based in Tunisia pay by direct bank transfer and are invoiced by MetaDrift Labs For Digital Solutions.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund periods that have already been paid, except where consumer protection law requires it — see our Terms of Sale.

Are prices including tax?

Prices are displayed excluding tax. For online payments, any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, based on your billing country. Tunisian clients are invoiced with Tunisian VAT.
