Before Unifunl, our founding team ran a digital agency serving e-commerce brands and service businesses across MENA and globally — from beauty brands to food chains to tech retailers.

One pattern kept repeating: businesses were drowning in WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs, and TikTok comments. Every tool on the market could only send canned replies.
