The terms that apply to every Unifunl subscription, credit pack and add-on purchased through unifunl.io.

Hereinafter referred to as "Unifunl" or "the Vendor".

2. Purpose

These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations of the parties for any purchase made on the unifunl.io website, including subscription plans, credit top-up packs and add-ons.

Placing any order on the website implies the Client's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

3. Services Offered

Unifunl is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. The services available on the website include, without limitation:

  • Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) giving access to the Unifunl dashboard, AI Agents, unified inbox and connected messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and others).
  • Monthly credits included with each plan and consumed by AI conversations.
  • Top-up credit packs available at any time.
  • Additional team seats and optional add-ons such as custom integrations, ERP connectors or white-glove onboarding.

Each plan or pack is described in detail on the pricing page. Screenshots and marketing visuals are illustrative and have no contractual value. Unifunl may update the catalog of plans, features and credit allocations at any time.

4. Service Availability

The offers and prices displayed on the website are valid as long as they are visible online. Unifunl provides its services on a best-effort basis with the uptime objectives described in the relevant plan or service-level commitment.

If a feature, integration or plan becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Client will be notified as soon as possible and may choose between a refund of the unused portion, a switch to an equivalent plan or the cancellation of the order.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed on the pricing page in Tunisian Dinars (TND) and/or US Dollars (USD), excluding taxes (HT) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable Tunisian VAT is added at checkout where required.

Any additional fees (custom integrations, dedicated onboarding, transaction fees from payment providers) are presented to the Client before the final validation of the order.

Unifunl may revise its prices at any time. Subscriptions and orders are always invoiced at the price displayed at the moment the order is validated by the Client.

6. Subscription & Orders

The Client subscribes or places an order via the website by following the dedicated checkout flow. Validating an order implies:

  • acceptance of these Terms of Sale and of the Unifunl Terms of Service,
  • verification of the billing and contact information provided,
  • confirmation of payment using the chosen method.

Unifunl reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:

  • an existing dispute with the Client,
  • suspicion of fraud or abuse,
  • payment failure or chargeback,
  • incomplete or inaccurate information.

7. Payment Methods

Payment can be made through the methods offered on the website, including:

  • Bank card (credit or debit) via our certified payment partners,
  • Bank transfer (for Enterprise contracts and annual plans),
  • Electronic wallet or local payment solution where available.

Online transactions are secured by Unifunl's payment partners. Unifunl cannot be held responsible for any malfunction, delay or interruption caused by external payment platforms or by the Client's bank.

8. Service Activation

Unifunl is a fully digital service: no physical shipment is involved. Subscriptions, credit packs and additional seats are activated on the Client's dashboard within minutes of payment confirmation.

Custom Enterprise integrations, ERP connectors and white-glove onboarding typically require 7 to 10 business days from the kick-off, depending on the complexity of the project and the responsiveness of the Client.

The Client is responsible for verifying that the access credentials, integrations and data shown on the dashboard match their order. Any anomaly must be reported to contact@unifunl.io within 48 hours of activation.

9. Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel a subscription at any time from the dashboard or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; the service remains active until that date and is not pro-rated.

Credit top-up packs and one-off purchases (custom integrations, onboarding) cannot be cancelled once the service has started or once the credits have been added to the Client's account.

Unifunl reserves the right to suspend or cancel any subscription in case of non-payment, abuse or breach of the Terms of Service.

10. Returns, Exchange and Refunds

Because Unifunl provides a digital, immediately accessible service, refunds are governed by the following rules:

  • A subscription may be refunded within 14 calendar days of the first paid invoice if no credits have been consumed and no integration has been activated.
  • Credit top-up packs are non-refundable once the credits have been added to the account.
  • Custom Enterprise integrations and white-glove onboarding are non-refundable once the project kick-off has taken place.
  • In case of a proven technical issue attributable to Unifunl, a refund, credit or commercial gesture may be granted after review by our support team.

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 business days after validation.

11. Warranty & Liability

Unifunl undertakes to provide a service that complies with the description published on the website and with the commitments included in each plan.

Unifunl's liability cannot be engaged in case of misuse of the service, breach of the Terms of Service, damages caused by the Client or its end-users, third-party actions (Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, payment providers, hosting providers) or force majeure.

12. Personal Data Protection

Information collected on the website is necessary for order processing, invoicing, account management and customer support. Personal data is processed in accordance with Tunisian regulations on the protection of personal data and with the Unifunl Privacy Policy.

The Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data by emailing contact@unifunl.io.

13. Intellectual Property

All elements present on the website and on the Unifunl platform (texts, images, logos, designs, code, dashboards, AI Agents) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Metadrift Labs.

Any reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

14. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the Client is invited to first contact Unifunl's customer support at contact@unifunl.io to seek an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable settlement, the competent Tunisian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Tunisian law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tunisian courts.

16. Accessibility of the Terms

These Terms of Sale are accessible at any time on the website at unifunl.io/terms-of-sale.

By validating an order or activating a subscription, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms before payment.
